Meet Sarah

Hello and thank you for visiting! Whether your are a first time visitor to our site or have surfed through it numerous times I hope the information here will be helpful with all your real estate needs.  First I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about me.

I have been married almost 8 years; however, I have been together with my husband a total of 12.  We have 4 children-  Meghan is 7 and is in the 2nd grade, Kayla is 5 and is in kindergarten, Riley is 3 and goes to preschool one day a week and Tyler was born December 11, 2006.  Wow...I definitely know and understand the craziness of schedules and children; however I truly enjoy the enegery and enthusiasm they bring to us.  I try to carry on that enthusiasm and constant source of energy in everything I do as well.

Until August of this past year I was part of The WIGGINS Team with Steve.  Steve had worked for Prudential for 12+ years, with the past 6 years being our "husband & wife" team.  We truly enjoyed working together and made a great team; however, an opportunity presented itself for Steve to pursue his true passion in real estate- new construction and land development.  Steve is now in charge of sales for Tenor Homes at Westridge Village in Eau Claire.  He currently is overseeing the sales team and eventually will focus primarily on land acquisition and land development.  This was an exciting opportunity for him and our family.  With that said, Steve and I are still very much a "team" or force in one!  Our lives center around first our family and faith but then real estate.  It is our livihood and what we do.  The satisfaction and sense of meaning we get from helping others find their little piece of the "American Dream" is what we are all about. 

As I just mentioned our family is what we are most proud of.  Our home is "rooted" in  Altoona where I was raised (as well as my parents, grandparents, and even great-grandparents).  Steve was raised on a Dairy Farm 30 minutes east of Eau Claire in the small town of Humbird, WI.  He definitely knows the non-stop, push forward, work 'til sundown and again at sun-up work ethic that many farmers have.  Also close by in Altoona, is most of our immediate family as well, moms and dads, brothers, sisters, and even grandparents.  Much credit is given to all of them as they are always available to help allow us to be flexible and able to work with our clients at their convenience.

Much of our free time is consumed with our children.  We enjoy going for walks, movies, visiting Chuckee Cheese, Wisconsin Dells, and the Children's Museum, riding bikes, crafts, visiting grandma and grandpa's, fishing, catching frogs and bugs.....anything that kids like to do..we do it. 

Although we pride ourselves on our family and building a solid family life which hopefully will be our greatest success, we also have a true passion for our careers which is to help people buy and sell real estate. 

Even though are paths a somewhat separated, together we have set the same goal with our real estate careers.  Our goal is to provide our clients with the highest level of service, top negotiating skills, knowledge of the market, follow through and the hassle free, stress free ease of buying or selling a home.  Providing integrity, honesty, loyalty, and trust to our clients always comes first.  Our true belief is to never put ourselves ahead of our clients needs...and that is exactly how we run our business.  Whether you are buying your first home or your fifth home I will treat you as though you are my only client and top priority.  One of the largest misconceptions about me (as well as Steve) is that "we are too busy" for you.  I am  never too busy to work with buyer or sellers or to answer questions and assist my clients.  Even though we are diverse in our real estate endeavors....working with buyers and sellers is my main focus and my main priority.  So please, if you are thinking of buying, selling, or relocating...call me.  I assure you, you will receive the highest level of service, professionalism, and expertise that you deserve.  That is my guarantee!
